Jeff Cook

Jeff Cook has more than 35 years of experience working on mergers and acquisitions for buyers and sellers. Jeff advises new and established businesses on all aspects of capital formation and he advises a number of the larger multi-generational businesses located in and around the Berkshires. He serves many corporate clients as general counsel, often dealing with such matters as business development and ownership succession. He is a member of the Executive Committee and is Secretary of the Massachusetts Business Roundtable. He is also one of the organizers and the current Chairman of the Berkshire Business Roundtable. Jeff represents the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Inc. and other cultural organizations located within and outside the Berkshires and regularly counsels them on business, tax and regulatory matters.
